That’s why we offer SureCover as an intrinsic part of all our Analyst packages.
SureCover is a simple system which provides you with constant support and backup. You decide on a contract with us which lasts from 12 months up to 4 years. Payment is via a simple monthly fee or a one off payment. Contracts bought in advance will benefit from generous discounts.
From then on you can relax. With a dedicated CareDesk facility, help from our highly trained staff is only a phone call away. If the problem cannot be resolved with the help of our CareDesk or via remote diagnostics, one of our national team of dedicated engineers will be on site within six working hours, giving you total peace of mind. Just think of us as your virtual IT department.
