A solution to the issues being experienced by some pharmacy PMR systems using FTP ordering has now been identified and we are doing everything possible to alleviate the situation. The fix requires manual application to each computer at every pharmacy site and the Positive Solutions Service Team is working to complete implementation for all affected customers as quickly as possible.
The issues currently being experienced are believed to be linked to the recent Windows 10 update and pharmacies may continue to experience the effects into next week (w/c 15th July 2019).
