NHS Smartcard Login issues resolved

The recent national issue with the NHS Smartcard authentication service has now been resolved. Current issues with Smartcard Login

We are still experiencing a very high volume of calls from customers unable to complete ETP prescriptions. Early indications show a national issue with the NHS Smartcard authentication service as the cause of the issue which, we believe, has now been resolved.
