Dear Customer,

As the situation develops with regards to the COVID-19 outbreak we would like to provide you with information about our Business Continuity plan to maintain our usual service. With the plan in place we would not expect you to notice any difference in our day to day core services.

Our teams are being enabled to work remotely; if an incidence of Covid-19 arises within our office environment, if we decide to mitigate risk or if a colleague is required to self-quarantine.

While we will endeavour to maintain all of our services we take the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers very seriously, therefore in certain circumstances face to face meetings, support and training may be impacted. Where this occurs we will endeavour to make use of video conferencing and screen connect sessions as a replacement.

Similarly if you have any specific guidelines you require us to follow in our engagements with you please let us know.
