As part of the NHSMail migration to Microsoft Office365, changes are required to allow your Analyst system to continue using the services.
We are advised these changes will take effect from 18/01/21* and in order for you to continue using NHS Mail to send SMS messages you will need to request a new email account from your local facilitator.
Once you have a new email account (ending in ‘.scot‘) and a 20 character password please contact your PSL Service Desk [Tel: 01257 275 800 or email@example.com.]
We will then update the settings within Analyst and complete a test to ensure the service is active.
