We felt our customers would benefit more from the in-depth experience of our Product Specialists for functional queries*, leaving our Service Desk team to concentrate on your technical issues – keeping you up and running.

Our recently launched Functional line gives you an extra layer of user support for those ‘’How do I…?’ questions.

*The Functional line is for training/functional related queries only. If your query is of a technical nature you will be transferred back to technical support, this will place you at the back of any existing queue.

If your query is complex or requires more extensive support an online Microsoft Teams session may be suggested at a time and date of your convenience.

Full system training (e.g. for new staff) may require a chargeable training session. Your Account Manager will be able to assist with this.
