NHS Smartcard Login issues resolved

The recent national issue with the NHS Smartcard authentication service has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing difficulties, the Positive Solutions Service Desk is available 8.30am to 6.30pm Mondays to Fridays and 8.30am to 5pm on Saturdays. Network Issues for Pharmacy Systems

A second issue believed to be linked to this weeks’ Windows 10 update is being investigated. Some pharmacies are reporting network issues on their systems resulting in disruption to communications between master and the slave terminals. Positive Solutions is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
