Hot Tip – NHS England Application Account
The NHS have advised that from Friday 16th of June 2023, they have removed access to SMTP from personal email addresses. This impacts pharmacies in England which send emails through Analyst. The NHS have produced a guide to create an application account and this can be found here.
If you have any issues with this you will need to contact the NHS Mail team on 0333 200 1133 or helpdesk@nhs.net available 24/7.
