Reconciling a loan
To reconcile the loan when the prescription arrives.
Search for your patient.
A message now advises you of the outstanding loan.
Press OK.
Search for the loaned item, making sure you pick exactly the same item, including the brand or manufacturer.
Note: The yellow panel indicates that a loan has been issued for this item.
Enter the prescribed amount and press the Prescribed button.
The balance is now calculated.
Press Accept to continue labelling.
A green tick will now appear over the Loan icon.
Repeat the process for any other loaned item on the prescription.
Press End then Print or Confirm the Endorsement.
The loan process is now complete.
